Each set of plans you purchase is protected intellectual property under copyright law and is sold under a single-use, limited license.

Terms of Use:

• The purchased plan is authorized exclusively for construction on one single property at a specific address (you must provide the exact parcel ID/folio number or property address at the time of purchase or customization).
• Use is permitted only on the disclosed property. Under no circumstances is it allowed to use the same set of plans (original or modified) to build on any other property, lot, or address.
• It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify for third parties, or resell the plans without our express written authorization from X Building Corp.

Violations constitute serious infringement of U.S. federal and Florida state laws, including:

• Infringement of the federal Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.), which protects architectural drawings as creative works.
• Violation of Florida state laws on intellectual property and unfair competition.
• Potential infringement of trademarks and trade secrets.
• Civil liability for damages, disgorgement of profits, and attorney's fees.
• In severe cases, possible criminal penalties for fraud or theft of intellectual property.

We take the protection of our work very seriously and actively monitor and pursue any unauthorized use.
