It all started among professional friends —engineers, architects, builders, investors, and people who wanted to build their own homes with fresh, creative ideas— originally from Miami and Naples, who had spent years navigating the demanding world of construction and development in Florida. Conversation after conversation, we realized something obvious yet deeply frustrating for everyone: there was no single company that could handle it all under one roof.

Builders and investors wasted time coordinating multiple separate firms. People with innovative visions for their homes couldn’t find a team capable of turning those ideas into reality from the very first concept. And most critically: no one was solving the full spectrum of building code violations that stalled projects, triggered massive fines, or blocked closings — whether on residential properties (homes, additions, renovations) or commercial ones (high-rises, offices, mixed-use developments). On top of that, countless already-built structures without permits remained in limbo, facing demolition risks or heavy penalties.

From that shared frustration came the idea: create X Building Corp, a new, fresh, 100% legal company incorporated in Miami, Florida (with every document, permit, and license in full compliance to operate statewide).

We assembled an elite multidisciplinary team with deep roots in Miami and Naples, combining the best of two worlds:

• Seasoned professionals with 10 to 30+ years of hands-on experience: state-licensed Professional Engineers (PEs), architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, computer & tech engineers, mathematicians specialized in advanced calculations, and interior/exterior designers.
• Young, creative talent full of fresh ideas, bringing innovation, the latest BIM tools, 3D modeling, automation, and sustainable approaches.
